Tejas’s transformation is a bold blend of patience and power, where strength training became the tool to overcome his skinny frame—proving that strength isn’t just built in the gym, but in the mindset of never giving up.

1) Why did you decide to transform?

I’ve always been passionate about fitness but being a naturally skinny person, I lacked strength and confidence. So I decided to transform myself to build a good physique and gain strength.

2) How did you accomplish your goals?

I accomplished my goals with consistency, discipline, and a strict plan. I focused on training by progressive overloading combined with a protein-rich well-balanced diet, and proper rest. 

3) Training routine that helped you achieve your goals?

I follow a well-structured hypotrophy and strength training mix split. I incorporate compound lifts like squats, deadlifts, and bench presses, cardio, and core strength, with proper rest to ensure muscle growth.

4) Which supplements did you take?

The supplements I use are Whey protein, creatine monohydrate, mass gainer, Omega-3, and multivitamins.

5)  What challenges did you face during your transformation?

Gaining muscle as a naturally skinny person was a major challenge. In the beginning, it was a struggle to eat in a calorie surplus. Moreover, I had to be patient because I lacked power in my lifts and had to build strength from scratch but I knew that staying consistent is the key!

6) Suggestions for future transformers:

As a beginner, If you’re struggling to gain muscle, track your calories, focus on progressive overload with compound movements to maximise growth, prioritise recovery and most importantly be patient and stay consistent.
